We work hard to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, materials, filtration performance, and included components. Small variations in manufacturing are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Color and Finish

We make every effort to display product colors and finishes accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will render a finish exactly as it appears in person. Slight variation between production batches is possible.

Performance Claims

Filtration performance figures, including chlorine reduction percentages, are based on controlled third-party laboratory testing under defined conditions. Real-world results vary with source water quality, water temperature, pressure, and household usage.

Pricing and Currency

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars, USD, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional discounts, including our 70% OFF offer, apply to qualifying products while the promotion is active. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout unless a code is required. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so explicitly.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always contact you first.

Replacement filter subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select, typically every 3 months. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Changes must be made before the next renewal ships to take effect on that cycle.

Renewal Notices

We send a reminder before each renewal. If a renewal ships before you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the shipment date for a refund on unopened filters.

Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

• Discount codes are valid only on qualifying products and cannot be applied retroactively
• One discount code per order unless stated otherwise
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

When an Order Is Accepted

Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, reselling activity, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Duties and Import Taxes

We cover all customs duties and import taxes on international orders. You will never be charged an additional fee on delivery. The price at checkout is the final price.

Risk of Loss and Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier at our facility. Once delivered to the address you provided, responsibility for the product transfers to you.

Our Refund Policy governs all returns and refunds. In summary, you may return any product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, with free return shipping provided by us.

Product Use and Safety

Intended Use

Our products are designed for standard residential shower use with municipally treated cold or hot water. They are not intended for use as drinking water filters, medical devices, or treatment of microbiologically unsafe water.

Installation Responsibility

Installation is designed to be completed without a plumber. You are responsible for following the supplied instructions, including proper application of the supplied plumber's tape and tightening to a snug fit. Damage caused by over-tightening or incorrect installation is not covered by warranty.

Water Conditions

Do not use the product with water above residential temperature ranges or pressures. Using the product with non-potable or untreated water sources is outside its intended design.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including plumbing repairs, water damage, or loss of use.
