2-Year Limited Warranty

Every filtered showerhead we sell is covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

If your showerhead fails under normal household use because of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What Is Covered

Showerhead Housing and Components

Cracking, splitting, or structural failure of the ABS housing
Defective threads or fittings that prevent a proper seal
Faceplate defects or delamination
Failure of the internal stainless steel mesh
Leaks originating from a manufacturing defect

Included Accessories

The adjustable wrench included in the box
Mounting hardware supplied with the product

What Counts as a Defect

A defect is a flaw in material or workmanship that exists at the time of manufacture and appears during normal use. It is not the same as wear, cosmetic aging, or damage from external causes.

What Is Not Covered

Normal Wear and Cosmetic Aging

Gradual fading or patina on the finish
Minor surface scuffs from routine handling
Mineral spotting from hard water, which is cosmetic and removable

Damage From External Causes

Impact damage, drops, or crushing
Damage from freezing temperatures or extreme heat
Damage from harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents
Damage from tools used during installation or removal

Improper Use or Installation

Over-tightening beyond hand-snug with the supplied wrench
Use of thread sealants or tapes other than those supplied
Installation on non-standard, damaged, or corroded plumbing
Commercial or institutional use, such as gyms, salons, or hotels
Use with water temperatures or pressures outside normal residential range

Modifications

Any product that has been opened, altered, or modified beyond normal filter replacement
Third-party replacement parts not supplied by us

Filter Cartridges

Consumable by Design

Replacement filter cartridges are consumable components, not permanent parts. They are designed to be used for approximately 3 months, or 90 days, and then replaced.

Filter Coverage

Filters are covered against defects present at the time of manufacture, including:

Cracked or damaged cartridge housing on arrival
Manufacturing faults that prevent proper seating or sealing
Media failure well before the stated service life under normal use

Filter Wear Is Not a Defect

Gradual reduction in filtration capacity over the 3-month service life is expected performance, not a defect. If you believe your filter failed prematurely, contact us and we will assess it.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and the date of delivery.

Step 2: Share Details

Please include photos or a short video of the issue where possible. This usually lets us approve the claim the same day.

Step 3: Get Your Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement or the required part at no cost. In most cases we do not ask for the original item back. If we do, we will send a prepaid label.

Step 4: Keep Your Records

Hold on to your order confirmation. It is the simplest proof of purchase and warranty start date.

Our Remedies

When a valid warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

Ship a replacement product of the same model and finish
Ship the specific replacement part required
Offer a comparable substitute if your finish is discontinued
Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible

Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. It applies to products purchased directly from us or from an authorized retailer. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty for the product and replaces all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including water damage, plumbing repairs, or loss of use, arising from the use or failure of the product.

Your Rights Under State Law

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In those states, the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
